Lodging prices have been significantly reduced from $285/night to your price of $185/night for a standard room or studio on September 17-20 (with departure on the 21^st). Rate does not include daily housekeeping gratuity of $4 per room per night, porterage of $10 per guest, and 5% environmental impact fee. An initial deposit of a one-night's stay is due at the time you book.

I strongly recommend that you book immediately.  Lodging goes fast at Sundance, particularly in the Fall.  It's okay to book additional days at the low rate if you wish.
